Olga Oschepkova is a new Partner of Industrial Practice

Please join us in welcoming Olga, a new Partner in the RosExpert Industrial Practice. Her expertise will help Russia and the CIS of RosExpert and Korn Ferry to further develop clients within infrastructure, logistics and transportation sectors. Olga will also be focusing on medical research and services.

Before joining RosExpert, Olga was a Partner of Zoom / Boyden, an international consulting company, where she developed the Life Science practice and led projects in the financial sector, as well as logistics and infrastructure. Olga moved into search and leadership consulting from the banking and investment sectors, where she worked for over 10 years, as the CEO of Sovlink, a major and leading investment company. Olga also has her own entrepreneurial experience, which allows her to get insight into customer needs and to develop tailored management solutions.
