Tatyana Fedorova

Tatyana joined RosExpert’s team in 2011 as a Senior Consultant within the Leadership & Talent Consulting Practice. In March 2016, Tatyana was appointed Partner and Head of the Consumer & Retail Practice. She has since delivered numerous executive search projects for the largest Russian and multinational consumer and retail companies, including several cross-national searches conducted in a joint effort with Korn Ferry’s London and Paris offices. Consolidating top talent assessment and development expertise with in-depth knowledge of the market supply and executive search tools, Tatyana is unique in undertaking the whole range of solutions provided by RosExpert and Korn Ferry.

Tatyana’s background includes 15 years in leading talent management roles with the major Russian and multinational enterprises from the IT, telecommunications, manufacturing, distribution, and business education segments, including the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO. She completed professional certification trainings in executive assessment and coaching, being a certified consultant for Korn Ferry talent assessment and development tools & techniques.
