She participates in executive search projects for the companies in the field of transport and logistics, metallurgy, engineering and oil refining industries.
She has experience of delivering cross-industrial searches for general, operational, technical and commercial directors, production directors, marketing directors for large Russian and international companies.
She previously worked in HR consulting, where she was engaged in the search for middle managers and top managers for Russian and international companies, as well as conducting HR research for clients.
Olga holds a bachelor's degree in State and Municipal Administration from International University in Moscow.
