Eugenia Tkachenko has more than 15 years of professional experience in the field of personnel management, including the development and implementation of personnel strategy, motivation systems and talent development. Prior to joining RosExpert, Eugenia worked for companies such as Sistema-Hals, PromSvyazNedvizhimost, Tsvetnoy, as well as in the first resort city built with private investment, Dobrograd. Founded HRDlab, a human resource development laboratory focused on wellness practices.

Eugenia is a certified Hogan Assessments Consultant.

Graduated from the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, received an MBA degree in general management and the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation with a degree in Human Resources Management.
