His main focus is on the cross integration of the company’s key business areas, working to expand the company’s value proposition, reach and representation in various market segments. Works in conjunction with senior and HR management to identify challenges in HR systems and its effectiveness, defining the most high potential areas of client business development and uncovering new opportunities for improvement.

He specializes in developing complex out-of-the-box solutions to help clients achieve better results.
Having worked for over 10 years in businesses of various industries (predominantly IT and professional services), joined the leading consulting firm Korn Ferry (formerly Hay Group) in 2017, where he gained deep expertise in improving the organizational effectiveness. At various stages of his career, he has led the company’s Digital department, headed the Employee Experience solution area for a region, acted as a mentor and coach.

His experience includes participation in a wide range of projects: employee engagement analysis and building employee experience systems, reward analysis and management, organizational design and benchmarking, performance management, corporate culture analysis and change, talent assessment and development, career planning and succession, revenue growth acceleration and sales transformation.

He is competent in Korn Ferry Hay Guide Charts job evaluation methodology, certified in Miller Heiman methodologies including Strategic Selling with Perspective, Conceptual Selling with Perspective, and LAMP. He has received comprehensive training in cultural and sales transformation. Occasionally performs as a speaker at events dedicated to management and modern approaches to HR.
