Alina joined the RosExpert team in the fall of 2023. In the role of Consultant in the Banking & Financial Institutions Practice, she implements projects to search for top-level leaders, helping candidates and companies find each other and conquer new business peaks together.
Before joining RosExpert, she worked for a company specializing in Executive Search and Management Selection, focusing on the Russian and international markets (including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Germany, Turkey, China, and the USA). During her career at this company, Alina successfully recruited candidates for such key positions as Chief Technical Officer, Cyber Security Partner, Country Director (FMCG), E-commerce Director, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, Head of Legal, and others.
She graduated with honors from Moscow Pedagogical State University with a degree in «Pedagogical Education» and obtained a Master’s degree from the Far Eastern Federal University in «International Business and Project Management». Additionally, she is currently pursuing an MBA program at Solbridge University in the Republic of Korea.
She is fluent in English, Italian, and Polish.
