Yuri Bocharov

Yuri joined the RosExpert team at the beginning of 2020. As a senior consultant in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications and Retail, E-commerce, FMCG practices he is engaged in business development in the sector, manages projects for searching, attracting and evaluating professionals and company executives in this segment, as well as developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates. Yuri leads search projects for CEO, CCO, COO, HRD, CIO, CPO, CDO and other key managerial positions in Russian and international companies.

Cross-industrial Yuri specializes in searching for CIO/CTO and HRD in all sectors of the economy.

Before RosExpert, Yuri was involved in the selection of senior and middle managers in a large British recruiting company in the Information Technology, Internet, Media practice.

Graduated from Moscow State Industrial University (Moscow State Industrial University) with a degree in Economics and Enterprise Management in Mechanical Engineering. In 2023 Yuri completed Systemic Executive coaching programme.
